Every Elite Boutique fragrance is crafted with genuine, sustainably sourced ingredients. Each bottle is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity bearing our master perfumer's signature and a unique serial number registered in our private ledger.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Emirati Dirham (AED) and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and digital payment methods. Full payment is required before dispatch.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to fragrance descriptions, photography, logo marks, and the "Elite Boutique" wordmark — is the exclusive intellectual property of Elite Boutique FZ-LLC. Unauthorised reproduction is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Elite Boutique shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of Dubai.
